Who are Dickies?

The Dickies brand was established in 1922 when EE “Colonel” Dickie and CN Williamson established the Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Company. Over the course of the years, the Williamson-Dickies brand was used for military attire, office workwear and now modern day safety workwear.

Following the global success of the brand post war, they saw themselves constantly being referred to as just “Dickies” and so the brand name stuck and is still called that to this day.

Dickies Newark Safety Work Boots are a standard pair of safety boots, which are ideal for anyone who works in an industry that requires some form of safety attire. These boots come in black, brown or chestnut, meaning you’ll be able to match your shoes with the rest of your work gear.

The boots feature a padded tongue and collar for extra comfort, as well as water resistant leather uppers to keep feet dry. The Newark meets EN ISO 20345: 2011 S3 SRA specifications and is resistant to oil and temperatures up to 300°C, thanks to the slip resistant dual density PU sole.
