How much does delivery cost?

 

There are a number of shipping options to suit your needs.

 

We offer FREE shipping based on 2-3 day delivery however you can upgrade as follows:

Tracked 24 £2.95 which is a 1-2 day delivery service

Guaranteed Next Day £7.95

Guaranteed Saturday Service £12.95

 

Order Cut Off Time:

 

We aim to despatch goods purchased before 3.00 pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) the same day.

After this time items will be sent the next working day. Shoes purchased Saturday or Sunday will be sent on the next working day.

Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery, please select a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Once tracking has been issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the courier’s website or app for expected delivery time and update any delivery preferences — including opting out of safe‑place options if you will not be home.

If no one is available at the time of delivery and you have not opted out of the courier’s safe‑place options or provided alternative delivery instructions through their website or app, the driver will follow the default safe‑place process.

Our company cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to unoccupied addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure a suitable address is provided where the parcel can be safely received.
